Rolex Nagoya: Reservation or Walk-In Guide

Planning a Rolex Nagoya visit and wondering which boutique to pick? Nagoya has three official Rolex boutiques, and as of October 2026, only one of them takes reservations. The other two are walk-in, first-come, first-served.

This guide compares all three: location, hours, and whether you need to book. It also covers three more Rolex-authorized stores within reach of Nagoya, in Obu, Shizuoka and Hamamatsu.

Yomecchi✨
Three Rolex boutiques in one city? Nagoya sounds like a good day trip.
Roleo
It is, but only if you know which one needs a reservation. Get that wrong and you'll be standing outside a locked door.

A quick note before we start. Roleyome is an independent media site. We don't sell, buy or appraise watches, and we have no connection with Rolex or any store listed here. The hours and policies below come from each boutique's own notices and from rolex.com's official store pages, checked on October 21, 2026.

Where are the Rolex boutiques in Nagoya?

All three official Rolex boutiques in Nagoya are within a short walk or train ride of each other, split between the Sakae district and Nagoya Station (Meieki).

BoutiqueAreaReservation needed?Hours
Lexia Nagoya SakaeSakaeYes, by request11:00am–7:00pm, closed Wednesdays
Matsuzakaya NagoyaSakaeNo, walk in10:00am–7:00pm, every day
JR Nagoya Takashimaya Watch MaisonMeieki (Nagoya Station)No, walk in10:00am–8:00pm, every day

Two boutiques, Lexia Nagoya Sakae and Matsuzakaya Nagoya, sit close together in Sakae. The third, JR Nagoya Takashimaya Watch Maison, is inside the Dainagoya Building at Nagoya Station, a few minutes by subway from Sakae.

Which Rolex boutique in Nagoya takes reservations?

Lexia Nagoya Sakae is the only one of the three that runs a reservation system. Lexia's own notice, updated in August 2026, lists a reservation request page for its Nagoya Sakae boutique alongside its Tokyo locations.

Matsuzakaya Nagoya and JR Nagoya Takashimaya Watch Maison both used to take reservations too, but both dropped the system in 2023. Matsuzakaya's own notice says it ended advance reservations on November 16, 2023, from that date it has served customers in the order they arrive. JR Nagoya Takashimaya's notice says it ended both advance reservations and same-day numbered tickets from September 4, 2023, for the same reason.

Roleo
So if someone tells you Takashimaya needs a reservation, that's old information.
Yomecchi
Right, that changed back in 2023. Walk in, and expect to wait if it's busy.

Both stores' notices also say that during busy periods you may have to wait, and that staff will help with after-sales service (strap adjustments, battery changes on other brands, and so on) even if you don't want to buy.

How to request a reservation at Lexia Nagoya Sakae

Lexia's reservation system is a request, not a first-come booking. You pick a preferred date and time, and Lexia confirms by email if a slot is available, it does not promise everyone a spot.

A few details from Lexia's own reservation page and notice, checked October 21, 2026:

  • You can request once per period. Duplicate requests are void.
  • A confirmed reservation is a promise to receive you, not a promise to sell you a specific watch. Lexia caps how many watches one visitor can buy, and says it is not for resale.
  • Bring ID and your confirmation email when you arrive. Visits are normally limited to two people per reservation.
  • If you only need after-sales service, Lexia's notice says you don't need a reservation at all.

Lexia's Nagoya reservation page is week-by-week. When we checked the Nagoya Sakae request page on October 21, 2026, the open dates were roughly two weeks out, with the Wednesday in that window unavailable because the boutique is closed that day. Don't expect a reservation for the same week you check.

Yomecchi🤔
Two weeks ahead? That rules out a last-minute stop on the way to the airport.
Roleo
It does for Lexia. That's exactly why Matsuzakaya and Takashimaya exist as a walk-in backup nearby.

If you've used Lexia's reservation system in Tokyo before, the Nagoya process works the same way. We cover the Ginza side of it, including the confirmation-code step, in our guide to how the Lexia boutiques in Ginza handle reservations.

Walk-in at Matsuzakaya Nagoya and JR Nagoya Takashimaya

If you don't have two weeks to plan ahead, Matsuzakaya Nagoya and JR Nagoya Takashimaya Watch Maison are the easier starting point. Both serve customers in the order they arrive, with no appointment.

A few things worth knowing before you go:

  • JR Nagoya Takashimaya closes latest, at 8:00pm. If you're trying to fit a Rolex stop at the end of a shopping day, this is the one with the most room.
  • Both stores can get crowded. Their own notices mention waiting at busy times, so build in slack if you're also trying to catch a train.
  • Don't walk in expecting a specific reference to be in stock. Neither store's notice says anything about reserving a particular model, only about being served in turn.

Planning a one-day Nagoya Rolex route

If you want to see all three boutiques in one day, the order matters because of hours and location.

  1. Start in Sakae. Matsuzakaya Nagoya opens at 10:00am; Lexia Nagoya Sakae opens an hour later, at 11:00am. If you have a Lexia reservation, time your Matsuzakaya visit to finish before it.
  2. Keep your Lexia slot fixed. Everything else moves around your confirmed reservation time, not the other way around.
  3. Finish at Nagoya Station. JR Nagoya Takashimaya Watch Maison is the only one of the three open past 7:00pm, and it's a short subway ride from Sakae, making it a natural last stop before you catch a train.
  4. Skip Wednesdays if Lexia is part of your plan. It's the only one of the three that's closed that day.

More Rolex stores within reach: Shizuoka and Hamamatsu

Nagoya isn't the only Rolex-authorized city in the wider Chubu-Tokai region. Three more stores sit within a couple of hours by train, though none of them have a stated reservation system:

StoreCityReservationHoursNotes
HASSINObu, AichiNot stated on the store's own site11:00am–7:00pm, closed TuesdaysNo store name includes "Rolex Boutique"; check the store's own site before visiting
Anshindo (Matsuzakaya Shizuoka)Shizuoka CityExplicitly does not take reservations10:00am–7:00pm, North Bldg. 1FAnshindo's own reservation form says to visit directly
EntetsuHamamatsuNot stated on the store's own site10:00am–7:30pm, main bldg. 1FOpen latest of the six stores in this guide

These three don't show up when you search specifically for Nagoya, but they're useful if your trip also includes Shizuoka or Hamamatsu, both on the Tokaido Shinkansen line between Tokyo and Nagoya. Hamamatsu's Entetsu store keeps the latest closing time of all six stores covered here, 7:30pm.

Roleo
If you're taking the bullet train between Tokyo and Nagoya anyway, Shizuoka and Hamamatsu are right on the way.
Yomecchi
Just account for the extra time and the shinkansen fare if you get off along the way.

Quick checklist

  • Lexia Nagoya Sakae: reservation only, closed Wednesdays, 11:00am–7:00pm. Request about two weeks ahead.
  • Matsuzakaya Nagoya: walk in, 10:00am–7:00pm, every day.
  • JR Nagoya Takashimaya Watch Maison: walk in, 10:00am–8:00pm, every day, latest closing time.
  • Bring your passport if you might buy.
  • Ask about English when you book or arrive; none of the stores' official pages state it.
  • Extending the trip to Shizuoka or Hamamatsu adds three more Rolex-authorized stores, none with a stated reservation system.

Next step: if Lexia Nagoya Sakae is part of your plan, submit the reservation request before you book anything else for that day.
